Disk Space for WIN98 SE over WIN98
Have Windows 98 installed on computer (Sony PCG-505TR)
with limited disk space. Want to install 802.11b pc card. Vendor says requires Windows 98 SE. How much more disk space does this require? |
The setup.txt file on the W98SE CD says: A typical installation requires
approximately 145 MB of free hard-disk space, but can range between 140 MB to 245 MB, depending on your system configuration and the options you choose to install. -- Regards Ron Badour, MS MVP for W98 Tips: http://home.satx.rr.com/badour Knowledge Base Info: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?pr=kbinfo "Charlie Z" wrote in message ...
