Thanks, but It was already checked. If I uncheck it then
check it again a blank spot where the clock opens the
closes then opens again, like the clock is invisible and
really small. Kinda weird.

How many apps do you have running?
What are the apps running? Could those apps be in conflict?
How many apps in the system tray?
Can you drag the taskbar up and then see the clock?

Click Start Settings Folder Options View tab, and click to enable "Show All
Files" and click OK.

Find the file named timedate.cpl in the Windows\System folder, and double-click
it...does the clock applet open then?

If it does not, or you get an error message, extract a new copy of timedate.cpl from
the Windows CD (or the .cab file location on your hard drive) using the "Extract one
file" option of System File Checker (SFC).

Try running a repair on Internet Explorer:

Click StartRun, type the following and click Enter, for IE5x:
RUNDLL32 SETUPWBV.DLL,IE5Maintenance

or this, if you have IE6x installed:
RUNDLL32 SETUPWBV.DLL,IE6Maintenance

Choose the Repair option, and continue.

If the repair says it cannot complete, reinstall Internet Explorer:
