Hanging ie6 page on first connection
 

When connected to broadband after computer start, I double click ie and the
ie page comes up on screen blank and then takes 90 seconds to show any
information. If I alt ctrl del and end task then double click again it shows
the page instananeously. Although the system works fine other than this issue
it has become very annoying.
