IE errors accessing control panel
 

Every time i try to open control panel i get a IE error:

An error has occurred in this dialog.
Error: 30
Unspecified Error.

I have run Norton antivirus, Spybot search and destroy
and
removed all adaware. I have also reinstalled IE6 SP1, but
still the problem occurs.

I cant download anything from the web, or I cant type
anything in the search fields in websites.

My operating system is Windows ME,
Please Help

Did u ever get any solution to it?
