Didn't you notice that
1) the thread you were responding to died in December last year 2) the question was answered at that time 3) the question was NOT asking about dual-booting, but about using a Recovery disk from one system to load XP onto another FWIW I have a PC here with alternate boots for 5 different versions of Windows - and it runs fine It is customary to copy/paste at least some of the previous posts so that others can read the history without having to do research. What attitude?? - It seems from here that you are the one with a problem in that department! -- Noel Paton (MS-MVP 2002-2006, Windows) Nil Carborundum Illegitemi http://www.crashfixpc.com/millsrpch.htm http://tinyurl.com/6oztj Please read http://dts-l.org/goodpost.htm on how to post messages to NG's "charlie tee" wrote in message ... are you stalking me you ignaramus?so you are saying that you can put me and xp on the same hard drive?or boot me with the xp disks and vice versa?considering my partner has built computers and went to college and university and runs his own computer buisness he told me that you should not mix to diffrent soft ware like me and xp.is he wrong get a life and dont go around bulling ppl.we are all here to learn and some make mistakes so they dont need your attitude? |

What attitude?? - It seems from here that you are the one with a
problem in that department! You should have seen the reply that I was close to sending. Second thoughts, perhaps not. :-) -- Mike Noel Paton wrote: Didn't you notice that 1) the thread you were responding to died in December last year 2) the question was answered at that time 3) the question was NOT asking about dual-booting, but about using a Recovery disk from one system to load XP onto another FWIW I have a PC here with alternate boots for 5 different versions of Windows - and it runs fine It is customary to copy/paste at least some of the previous posts so that others can read the history without having to do research.
