ME Will Not Boot Up
 

Any tips on my problem would be appreciated. I cannot
boot up my machine. It locks on the shortcut bar. The
error message reads "Not Responding". I end the task,
but that doesn't solve the problem. I defraged and
cleaned the hard drive. Same problem. Any ideas?

boot to safe mode, start msconfig, and uncheck all the
antivirus stuff, along with any suspicious looking files
