User Manager
 

Hello,

I have taken a look at Windows NT and quite liked the
User Manager, i would like to add it to Windows 98SE. I
have been told this isn't possible so i would like to
download/buy some software that deals with user accounts
in the same sort of way, any known software/idea's would
be much appriciated.
