Is there a "color profile" in use for the printer? If so, try deleting
it.

Start Printers Right mouse click the printer in the list. Select
Properties Color Management.

Let us know.

I checked the profile it is "EE127 1" if that is any help!
This is the profile that was set as "default" so i did not
want to change it. This does not always happen with the
colours. By the way i am not using Epson cartridges but
the ones i do use have been very good up till lately so
please dont give me a telling off
thanks v much

Epson might be annoyed that you don't use their cartridges but it does
not matter to me. However, colours might not match between Epson and
others. Nonetheless, if you have found the results OK in the past for
the brand you are using, there is no reason to blame that for the
present problem. Sometimes there is greater "sample variation" between
lots in some brands that others.

The color profile can be set to manual and the default removed. You can
change it back later-after testing is finished. D note the name of the
default now set before you delete it.

Let us know.
