Does anyone know what this message means - Rpcss has
caused an error in YPCLSP.DLL

YPCLSP.DLL is part of Yahoo Parental Control Lock. Either try reinstalling
Yahoo Parental Control Lock, ask Yahoo for help or remove this control
which, from a quick check on Google, causes problems for many users.
