Fatal Exception Errors

Win98 SE. P3 800.

I'm getting a fatal exception error for no reason. Diudn;t
have one last night. Here it is this morning.

The exact error is: 0028: C023DB7f in VXD VDD(09) + 00001803.

Can anyone helpe me please?!?
