changing icons
 

I am running windows ME, and for some time now, when I right-click on a
desktop icon, then go to properties, then change icon, I get a few icons
that windows is suggesting for me, but from here, when I go to "browse", I
get an hour-glass that just hangs up on me and I can't go anywhere until I
ctrl-alt-delete. Is there some way I can get this feature back to working
again?
