Adobe Flash Player

When ever I go to any internet site I get a security warning
and with a flashing screen asking
"Do you want Adobe Flash Player to install and run"
The default is "NO" when I click it, it disappears and
reappears after a few seconds and it happens again and
again.
I do not have any Adobe application even reader on
my computer.
How can I get rid of it?
Thanks for any advice.

With difficulty since if you visit sites that use Flash, or sites that
have adverts that use Flash, you'll see that message. I don't blame you
for not having Flash installed, it can be a real nuisance at times and is
often used to deliver unwanted potentially malicious content.

Have you tried clicking on YES instead of NO?
what happens then?
The latest versions of Flash Player do not support ME - you need to install
one of the older versions
Go here
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
and select the correct version for your OS and browser
download it and install it
