ndis.vxd problem
 

I am trying to install win 98SE into a computer for
someone. He has the lic ID number but I can't enter it
into the box for MS support on thier web site. PROBLEM
Internet connection sharing will not install(? in device
manager) It says that NDIS.vxd device loader could not
load the device drivers for a Belkin F5D5000 network card.
I have the original 98 SE disk and the Original Belkin
install disk. Can someone please explain a little to this
mud duck.
