Setting up a WI-Max internet connection

Having a problem with setting up a Wi-Max internet connection on WIN98SE.
Vendor said all was needed was an ethernet card (NIC). Said the radio would
send everything to the computer and it would just happen. We installed the
card and it says it is working properly in Device Manager. Light on the NIC
is on when connection to WI-Max anttena is attached. Clicking on IE says page
not found. Vendor says it isn't his problem because testing the connection
with a laptop running WINXP works O.K.

I still think there has to be a configuration step on the WIN98 computer. Is
there any Internet Connection setup that needs to be done for this type of
Broadband connection and if s, how to go about it?

Thanks

Ron
