anyone know what this is?
I've been getting an alert from my firewall asking if I
want to allow MicrosoftQMgr, C:/WINDOWS/LOADQM.EXE. What is it and should it be blocked? It looks like a microsoft application but it doesn't mean it is right? Thanks. |
Yes it's an MS file, and yes, it should be blocked.

scribbled some thoughts: I've been getting an alert from my firewall asking if I=20 want to allow MicrosoftQMgr, C:/WINDOWS/LOADQM.EXE. What is it and should it be blocked? It looks like a=20 microsoft application but it doesn't mean it is right? Thanks. It's a call home to Microsoft proggie http://support.microsoft.com/default...;EN-US;q309418 Personally, I like to update proggies on my own, not when someone(application) says I should. --=20 Sincerely, | (=A9) (=A9) | ------ooo--(_)--ooo------ Andrew H.
