Start Button menu does not pop up...
 

but i noticed that a small bar appears when I click on the
start button. Anybody have any idea???

Start Button menu does not pop up...
 

It could be an internal windows system thing appearing.

(in slow execution state).

if it does not go away in a blink, get angry.
