Cannot download
 

After a clean install of winme I went online to download some software. The
accept dialogue appears and I am able to select a location to save the file.
As soon as I hit save the box disappears and nothing is downloaded. I have
tried on various web sites and the same thing happens. I am able to browse
the internet without any problems though.

Can anyone help with this?
