System Tray location
 
My wife's PC has WIN 98 on it and some how she got the System Tray (The one
with START & Clock) to show on the right side vertically. It was on the
bottom horizontally. How do I get it back to the bottom?

System Tray location
 
Left click in the clock, drag it down towards the center and release
