Help files won't open
 

One of my users'PC is having a strange problem opening any
Help files. I've followed the advice in Q252612 with no
luck. The message I get when launching 'Help' is:
"Cannot open the file:
". The file is
there, however. I've also run several other fixes related
to spyware and highjackware from security forums, but no
luck. If anyone has suggestions for how to fix Help so it
displays again, I would be most grateful. Thanx!
