Missing Export Shlwapi.dll
 

I tried to use my scanner and the program Photo Deluxe
will not open when I click on the program i get an error
message that says Shell 32.dll lionked to missing export
Shlwapi.dll:shreg get Us Value A. What is this and how
can I fix it. I can use the scanner to scan and copy
something but I can't use the photo deluxe where you can
crop and fix photo's. Called cannon last night and paid
$9.95 for help and I might as well burned the money
because they had no anwsers for me. Help!

Error Message When You Try to Open Adobe PhotoDeluxe Home Edition 3.1:
Shell32.dll - Is Linked to Missing Export

Canon should have access to this information, and you should demand a
refund.
