Quick Time or Zip?
More help please on Help Troubleshooters. I receive an
error message stating that I cannot open the downloaded workaround to get the Help Troubleshooters working because the file is not one that Quick Time understands. It is a Zip File. I don't know what to do. |
Download and install an unzip utility such as winzip. Use it to unzip the
file into its own folder. The site that provided the download should have a link to an unzip utility, or you can simply google on it.
