Where and How much
 

Is a new Windows98 CD? My friend has a machine that has
never been defraged, and hangs a lot....I want her to do
a clean install. Her defrag stays on 0 forever and she
doesn't have a cd anymore!

Windows 98 CDs are often available on e-Bay or through the on-line computer
software stores. Prices vary according to the model - OEM is usually
cheapest but is designed for installation to a new machine only and may not
be suitable for upgrade or repair. Full Retail is the most expensive.
