USB Freezes up computer anytime an item turned on or plugged in.
 

I get this red blockish effect anytime I turn on or plug
anything into the USB port. The computer will not do
anything, cntr-alt-del does not work. I must physically
reset or power off/on the computer with the device
on/plugged in, then the device and the computer will work.
This has just started happening within the last couple
monthes, and I do not remember adding any software or
devices. Possibly from a windows update download?
