cannot download
 

i cannot hear anything from my speakers or system even
though the cd is playing. tried to download media player
7.1 but could not, got error message that my settings need
to be corrected. my isp said that i should call
microsoft. also how do i get the internet explorer (e)
icon to show in my programs field.
