internet explorer will not start
 

when i open internet explorer it says an error message and
the send a report window pops upp and if you chick on ether
send or don't send the widow continues to pop up amost
crashing the computer. i have tryed to repari the internet
explorer with the add/remove file in control pannel. I have
ordered a new explorer cd and tryed installing it. nothing
i have done has fixed the problem and this has only started
of late. it use to work so i do not know what to do.

or if you are using a later operating system, provide information about the

If you are using the Error Reporting Tool, disable it so you can access the
