folder contents not displaying HELP
 

My IE has been generating mshtml errors I have downloaded
all upgrade & service packs blahblah nothin worked so I
removed it & reinstalled well now when i open things like
recycle bin IE control panel....the window opens but the
contents do not display the only thing that works now is my
netscape.I cannot get into control panel to restore scan
disk nothin because contents do not display HELP!
