Windows ME
 

Nothing happens when i click on start or my computer. it will open mozilla,
word & excel documents and some pics. but I cannot do anything else. do i
need to upgrade to a new version of windows or can this be fixed.

How long has this been happening, have you checked with updated anti
virus/anti spyware software to check that the machine is clean. ?
Do you get any error messages at all ?
