Certificate of Authenticity & Product Key Codes
 

I recently have to reinstall all my Microsoft Words and
Windows 98 programs after my puter crashed. Now when I
try to reinstall Word 2000 I get a message asking for my
Certificate of Authenticity & Product Key Codes. The ones
that came with my puter do not seem to work. Does anyone
know how to alleviate this problem, get around it, or have
any other ideas that may be of help?
