Colour in DOS

I have a batch file that pops up a message when a user logs into the
computer. The message is colored yellow on Red. It works fine under
windows 2000 and XP but it is still white on black on the windows 98
machines. How can I fix this?

Load Ansi.sys in Config.dos.
