Even if there was a version, QuickTime is actively being exploted and I doubt there is a version on Win9x/ME that is patched. -- Dave http://www.claymania.com/removal-trojan-adware.html Multi-AV - http://www.pctipp.ch/downloads/dl/35905.asp |

I need to view certain videos whether you like it or not, Mike.
No offense, but there MUST be a compatible version to work with my computer. SGB "Mike M" wrote in message ... SGB wrote: Hi again, Group! One more question please... This is the last build of QuickTime Alternative (the QuickTime codecs
without all the Apple bloat and guff) that works on 9x. http://download.betanews.com/downloa...timealt156.exe Shane SGB wrote: I need to view certain videos whether you like it or not, Mike. Okay, well as per my previous post - QuickTime Alternative is the better option (as is Real Alternative for playing RealPlayer format files). However, neither oldversion nor oldapps have 1.56, the last version. Until recently you could get it linked from Free-Codecs.com, but I don't see it now. Anyway there are a couple of sites (at least) you can still get it incuding, obviously, the one I linked to. Shane |
