Fatal Exception error 0028:
 

I am getting this error on a Windows 98SE PC. P3, 500MHz,
512MB Ram. On any restart we get error message:

A fatal exception 0E has occured at 0028: CIA088AE in VXD
CDRALVSD(01) + 0000202E.

What can be causing this and is there a fix without
reinstalling Windows 98SE.
