I created an account under Outlook express but did not use
correct name for server, so it does not work.
Please tell me how I can delete this account and possibly
recreate another account with correct server info so it
will work

In OE use
/ Tools / Accounts
Highlight the bad one and / Remove it
then create a new one (and test it.)
