but i met another problem, in my win98 seting up disc, there is no the file
Win98_22.cab ,only have Win98_23.cab ,do you know why, i waste a whole
morning again. (it's not my day)

Are you sure the setup disk is genuine?

If your disk is missing a file then I can only think it is faulty or not
genuine. Or, it might be an OEM disk, where the CAB files have been
re-arranged by the vendor. If that's the case I could only suggest that you
try the procedure mentioned using other CAB files and see what happens.
