Is there any way to improve the quality of thumbrint images of my picture files? They are usually so blurred, they're not much help. The picture files and monitor displays are good. Everything in the system is crystal clear except for the Thumbnails. Thanks in advance for any help.

The thumbnails in My Pictures are no longer showing pictures. All my folder options are set the same as another computer running under ME but for some reason I cannot get the pictures to show in the thumbnail. Any ideas?

After re-installing all softwares, the thumbnails of pictures in jpg format are not appearing in the Windows Explorer. I just get a box around the icon. However, thumbnails of pictures in bmp format are ok. Thank you in advance. HC

For some reason, I no longer have an option on my view dropdown menu for thumbnails. The thumb.db file is still there in the folder. I can view previews of pictures when I view a folder on web view. But no more thumbnails and no way to turn them back on. Doing regsvr32 thumbvw.dll did not fix...

When I right click in a folder and select View, then thumbnail, only a few of the images turn into thumbnails, the rest become a box that looks like it will eventually become a thumbnail but nothing happens. Right clicking in the folder and trying refresh also does not help. Any ideas? Rob

I cannot access the Taskbar properties to make changes to it. The "Start" button and its ICON are small. Also the ICONs next to the date are very small while the date is the correct size. How can I adjust the size of these ICONs? -- jl
