home networking - ICS problem by

machines with Ethernet cards connected through a switch.

This is a fresh reinstall of a win98 os. It's connected via a router to a
workgroup. How do I get win98 to recognize/access the router? All hardware
is working fine. Router is operational for the other pc's on my peer2peer

What exactly do I need to do to set up a home network for
