I can only restart my computer normally when unplugging both of my IDE
Controllers from the mother board. I can start up in safemode. How do I fix
this so I can reboot normally with both controllers plugged in?

I'm running a clone with 98SE.
Have plenty of RAM and plenty of HD space.
Processor is an AMD K-6.
Have had it about 4 years.
I installed a CD burner about 2 weeks ago which worked fine.
When I turned the PC on today it gave me an error message of "hard drive
failure" on both of my hard drives...

Screen freezing during start up by

Am using win 98SE. When I start up my computer the
computer is freezing up when the Microsoft Windows 98
screen appears. I've run the antivirus, adaware, spy-bot
