I have done a virus scan. Ran adaware. Ran spysweeper and I still have pages popping up from the Internet. Is there anything I can do to get rid of this?

explorer has caused a fault in kernel 32.dll

When my computer boots up it automaticly dials the internet, also when I right click to bring the menu up it dials the internet. No programs are loaded it just connects it's like it's assigned itself a hotkey or something. (Scanned for viruses and spyware both found nothing)
