I am attempting to download Google Earth. The download seems fine but when I
try to open the file I get a notice as follows:
"The Google_Earth_CZXV.EXE file is linked to missing export
KERNEL32.DLL:GetUserDefaultUILanguage"
How do I obtain this apparently missing file, and what other problems...

Windows 98 Updates noe IE crashes by

I downloaded and installed 3 critical updates 12/04/2005. Since this my IE
6.(?) now crashes when I click on the History icon. I can copy and paste the
dump but I am not at that PC at this time. Does anyone have any ideas? Is

windows as opposed to within the browser? This seems to function this way in

1. Deleted all temp files
2. Ran Adaware and removed all spyware
