When I rename a URL in Win 98SE in capitol letters it reverts to lower case except for the first letter. If I add a space between the letters it is OK. Is there a way to do this without adding a space. I don't understand why it does this. Thanks

As everyone knows windows keeps many temp files.To use on other computers that I maintain,I am looking for a program that will clean the temp files, temp internet files etc. I use a program now but I have to enter the paths. I want it to automatically look up these folders and delete them.
