Shutting Down by Zakkie
Can anyone advise why when I shut down from the start menu windows will not shut down completley. It seems part of my CPU shuts down but I still have to press and hold the power button until it completley shuts down. Thanks,

Help program won't work by Claude
I think I deleted something critical for the Windows 98 Help program to work. I can open the Help program, choose a topic, and answer the first question, but then the next page seen is totally blank. Sound like I need to reinstall Windows 98 completely? Thanks for your responses. Claude

Windows safe mode, then shut down by Oddy
