[OT] looking for shell app (3rd party...) by

Hi.
Sorry for posting here but I couldn't find more appropriate group.
I remember using an app that auto-resized Explorer windows after
double-clicking its lower-right corner.
Can anybody remember its name?or anything that would give me similar
functionality?

today. During fdisk, it says there are no partitions set
up. When I try to setup a primary dos partition it says

application being launched when I click on a second file of the same

the folder window in windows explorer is not visible and
there is no way to make it visible again. If I click on
view / explorer / folder (I don't know if the names are
correct, as I only use a german win98) nothing happens. But
if I click on history the visited Urls appear in the left

I have a batch file that pops up a message when a user logs into the
computer. The message is colored yellow on Red. It works fine under
windows 2000 and XP but it is still white on black on the windows 98

Dat files change date and time by

Multiple dat files (ie:system.dat & user.dat)change during
the operation of any application. It has been my
experience that these dat files will change date and time
when the computer is booted, but not during use. Could
someone tell me if this is normal, or is something else
going on here? No...
