Hi all, Hopefully someone can help. I dowloaded the latest critical update for my PC the other night and then had a problem next time I switched on my PC. I got an error message saying C\\windows\system\shlwapi:dll not found I clicked on the message and it then said resinstall windows.

Anyone ever heard of the bluezipper? It is a .com site that my son visited that piggyback an executable program to his win98SE computer and now he cannot get it off of his system. Any suggestions would be appreciated,(short of reformatting his hard drive. Thanks
