RNAAPP and CARPSERV hanging (2nd attempts) by chuck
When I start a dialer, these two programs both start. However, when I close the dialer they do not die with it! Instead they stay active. Sometimes, they appear to keep the phone connection up even after I closed the connection. This is a fairly recent change.
