can't open either - get 'Invalid Page Fault' message Both will open in 'Safe Mode'

When I open my computer(LapTop) I have a message error and saying program will close and the fault is ipclient I want to know what is the program and what to do to prevent this action.

I have lost the ability to open a file in the related software without an Invalid Path message, it seems to be looking at each word in the path instead of the whole path. ie. something.doc will open the WORD software but comes up with the error message.
