The Conflicting Devices by
Andrew
Could they be the (1) Advanced Configuration and Power
Interface (ACPI) BIOS and the (2) System board extension
for ACPI BIOS? Again, the Conflicting Device List
says, "No conflicts" in the System board extension
Resources.

The Two Devices by
Andrew
One device is a System board extension for ACPI BIOS. But
in the Conflicting device list what is written is: "No
conflicts." The Troubleshooter Wizard says all I have to
do is Restart the computer.

Quick Time or Zip? by
Andrew
More help please on Help Troubleshooters. I receive an
error message stating that I cannot open the downloaded
workaround to get the Help Troubleshooters working because
the file is not one that Quick Time understands. It is a
Zip File. I don't know what to do.

What are the best ways to increase system resources with
Win 98SE? I was told that removing items from the start
