when trying to shut down the computer, I keep getting an error that states that program 'suchostp' is still running, do I want to close the program and shut down? All I know is that when I open it, it is a DOS program and I do not know what the heck it is, and it cannot be deleted. Can anyone help...

How do I stop Outlook Express from removing unsafe attachments from my e-mail? Each time I receive an e-mail from a friend that has an attachment on it Outlook Express removes it. The attachments I received were NOT unsafe. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Terry
