Upgraded Intellipoint to 4.1 but lost the Snap To functions, which I had in
Intellipoint 2.2. Uninstalled 4.1 and re-installed 2.2. Now I had the Snap
To feature but the cursor speed was slow and the control to increase the

Deleting registry key by
Anthony Giorgianni
Hello All
I want to be able to delete a certain registry key periodically,
specifically this one:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{myidentity]}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook
Express\5.0\Rules\News
Is there a way to do this directly from, say, the "run' command or elsewhere
without going into regedit?

Sunshine
I am considering adding a CD-RW drive to my system. I have Win98SE. Will
this allow me to save a file to a CD-R. I don't think Win98SE support MAPI.

Recently, when opening IE (or even more common when opening a new window
within IE), a box comes up that says "runtime error 226 at 01F065B3" with an
"ok" box within it. It won't allow the browser window to open untill I click
on the "ok" box. Usually this error message comes up two or three times...

I have the suspicion that this problem has been dealt with many times over.
I experience repeated failures in EXPLORER.EXE most often when I use
Windows Explorer, when I context (right) click on icons on the desktop and
especially if I dare look at the properties of a file (object). The
problem...

Trying to fix shutdown freeze - 98SE? by

I've been trying valiantly to resolve the Shutdown screen freeze issue using
every trick Google can tell me. Now I'm reading about The Patch which I've

98SE or just 98 by referencing the build number.
My diagnostics...
