Hi, My Win Me computer crashes every 30 minutes or so. I get a DOS window appear saying: An error has occured. To continue: Press enter to return to windows, or Press Ctrl Alt Del to restart.

Computer using ME starts up normally. After a few seconds, nothing works. Control Alt Delete reveals "msgsrv32 not responding". Deleting it returns computer to normal. Microsoft answer involves Palm Inc. which does not apply to me. How can I remedy?
