Whenever I try to open OE, it doesn't immediately open but delays anywhere from 30 to 60 seconds. When it finally does, it takes yet more time for my folders and messages to appear. The same is beginning to happen now with IE. Any ideas on how to resolve this? I get no error messages. Many thanks.
