My PC running Window 98 has just started having a problem on startups. It searches for something called pnetaware.exe that it can't find. Everything seems to work fine if I click cancel and let it finish booting. Any ideas what this file does? Thanks

Tried to run a cd and recieved message: A required .DLL file, MSVBVM60.DLL was not found. What is this and how do I fix it? I have never had trouble with any cd before, or had a mention of a DLL file. HELP PLEASE!
